Yes, the Villa's pool is located in the center of the Porcinaio garden. Designed in a characteristic oval shape, the pool is 18 meters long and 9 meters wide and reaches a maximum depth of 3 meters. The swimming pool is open from May to September.

The Chef at the Villa prepares a meal a day - excluding expenses. Upon arrival, guests of the villa are greeted with a welcome buffet. Every morning a breakfast buffet is prepared.

Our kitchen can prepare the best traditional Tuscan recipes: pasta dishes, delicious pizzas or meat specialties. It is however possible to prepare dishes of any other kind. Please inform us in advance of special dietary requirements.

Are utilities included in the price?

Electricity, heating, water, satellite TV, air conditioning, WiFi internet and portable WiFi routers are included. Use of the telephone for international calls is excluded.
