The Baldacchino Suite is the only room left on the historic floor, as originally designed in the first sixteenth-century project of the Antinori family.

The walls of this suite are completely decorated with frescoes representing scenes taken from the Old Testament. Studies have dated these frescoes to around 1730.
The Baldacchino Bathroom
Housed in the ancient Antinori family's bathroom, this bathroom is completely decorated from floor to ceiling with original grotesque frescoes. The bathroom is composed, in the ancient way, of two rooms. The first bathroom has a tub in black marble and antique crystal faucets, a sink and a working fireplace and the second room has a shower that has been recently created and it also completely frescoed in its interior.
